Return Policy

Thank you for your interest in our products! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we want to make the return process as easy and convenient as possible for you. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item purchased from our website.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at within a week’s time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! 

Conditions for Return:

  • You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • We cannot accept returns for used: damaged, or altered items.
  • We cannot accept returns for items purchased more than 30 days ago.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us by email at to request a return authorization.
  2. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  3. Once we have received your request, we will issue you a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment.

Processing Your Return:

  • Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions for return.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.


  • Unfortunately, we are not currently offering exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the correct item(s).
